Initial consultation to discuss details on wedding/party/event and what is needed to determine unique needs. Unlimited phone calls and email support for advice throughout your entire planning process. Create a custom Pinterest board and mood board. Create a custom vendor payment timeline. Two additional meeting's throughout the planning process. Source vendors and secure the booking and contracts. Create a design plan for the clients needs. Communication with venue and vendors to ensure design and plans are consistent. Create a run-of-show for vendor deliveries on the day of the event. Confirmation of all vendors, services, and deliveries one week before the wedding/party/event. Final meeting to discuss all plans, go over timelines, schedules, and identify any ongoing and/or outstanding tasks. Coordinating all direction of vendors as they arrive on premise, assist them with setup for event and final walk through with Maitre’d to ensure all details are covered. Attendance, vendor management, coordination and troubleshooting during the ceremony and reception/party/event. (Up to 8 hours in total day)
